• Skills are introduced each week and reinforced through out each session.

• Develop a basic understanding of the fundamentals of different sports.

• Classes consist of

  • Warm-up activity

  • Age-appropriate skill development

  • Practice is designed to help the child develop fundamental skills ​such as

    • ​throwing, catching, kicking, and running.

  • Modified game play, giving the child a chance to apply their newly acquired skills in a fun and supportive environment.
